What you need to know.

In today's market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That is why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we exchange products, whether we provide shipping services, or about how we secure your personal data. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

MISCELLANEOUS LISTING QUESTIONS

PRIOR TO PURCHASE

Please contact us prior to purchase with any questions as we do not retract orders. We respond to all inquiries as fast as possible. We try to respond to inquiries outside of normal business hours but it is not always possible or feasible.
PURCHASE & AFTER PURCHASE

We take phone payments Monday-Friday 0900-1700 Central Time. We may be available outside of those hours, but there is no guarantee. You may call during these hours with any questions or to make a payment. Do leave messages. We will return calls as soon as we are able.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Ball Munitions And Arms, LLC has the right to cancel listings at any time. If Special Order Items sell in our online store before we noticed they where no longer available from our wholesaler, we will notify you immediately. We shall also check if it is available from one of our other wholesalers and give you the option to purchase a new alternative to the item listed. We cannot guarantee same or similar items will be available at that time.  We make ever effort to keeping listed products up to date.

ITEM PICTURES

In stock items with our name on them are of the actual item for sale.  If not, stock photographs will have "Stock Photo" printed on them. Photos are the copyright of Ball Munitions And Arms, LLC.  Photos of Special Order items are almost always stock manufacture pictures.

Check out our Special Order items that are hard to find in-stock and e-mail your requests if you are looking for something in particular.
Remember, if you do not buy it when you find it, you may never find it again!

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

CHECKOUT

The preferred method is to use the shopping cart Checkout System.  If you prefer to mail your payment please us contact first to discuss and so that we may e-mail you an invoice. If you have problems paying online, you may call us and pay over the phone. Please allow a minimum of 15 minutes after checking out if you are calling; that should allow enough time for us to receive an e-mail update. If we did not e-mail you a copy of your invoice, a copy will be included with the shipment.
TIMELY PAYMENTS

Please pay as soon as you can. If we do not received payment or hear from you, we may cancel your order after Seven (7) days. Before canceling any orders, we will make numerous attempts to contact you, daily if possible. COMMUNICATION IS KEY to a happy purchase. Inversely, if you have not heard from us do not hesitate to reach out to us.  Check your Spam folder.
SALES TAX

All Mississippi residents will be required to pay MS Sales Tax 7.25%.
MAILED CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS

DO NOT MAIL CASH!

All personal/business checks will require a Two (2) week hold too clear. We will clear your check prior to the end of the Two (2) weeks if you provide us with a copy of the front and back of the cleared/canceled check.

LAYAWAY OPTION

This is available by request and YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING!
THE TERMS

Layaway option includes the following:

  1. Item must sell for $400 or more.

  2. Deposit of 20% or more.

  3. Each subsequent payment must be 20% or more EVERY Thirty (30) days until paid in full.

  4. MAX Layaway Time Five (5) Months. Balance due after Five (5) months forfeit the Layaway.

  5. LAYAWAY FEE: 10% of sale price if paid off in Three (3) months or Less.

  6. LAYAWAY FEE: 15% of sale price if paid off between Three (3) to Five (5) months.

  7. If you cancel or go Thirty (30) days without a payment, then the Layaway and ALL payments will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to keep track and make payments on time.

  8. Layaway payments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

  9. Keep track of your payments and the balance due.

HOW TO

After you contact us, we will send you an initial invoice. The first invoice is due within Seven (7) days. It will include a total and clearly state all fees and options including the difference in price if paid in less than or more than Three (3) months. The invoice will direct you to our payment gateway. Pay a minimum of 20% by the due date for each invoice received. Once we receive the most current payment, you will receive a new invoice with updated balances and a new due date, due in Thirty (30) days. This will continue until your account is paid in full but NOT more than Five (5) months. We will attempt to e-mail reminders when approaching the Thirty (30) day limit. Please pay on time.

NOTE: If you take more than Three (3) months to pay, expect the last two payments to be more than 20%. They will include the 5% difference in layaway fees.


We designed this option to, and sincerely hope it does, help with your budget.

SHIPPING FIREARMS

SHIPPING TRANSFER OF FIREARM

We only ship firearms to Federal Firearms License holders (FFL). We do ship C&R eligible guns to C&R holders, but you will have to provide your C&R license, as well as a copy of where it is at on the C&R list. We will provide e-mail and fax numbers after purchase.
SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will only ship to the State listed on the checkout and payment portal.

CALCULATED COSTS

The payment checkout portal attempts to accurately calculate shipping costs.  Larger items may not have accurate ship fees.  In that case we will contact you for payment of the difference.
STANDARD COSTS

  1. HAND GUNS: Shipping is $35 USPS Priority mail with insurance and signature confirmation to your local gun shop (FFL) in ALL 50 states WHERE LEGAL.

  2. LONG GUNS: Buyer will be billed the actual cost to ship the firearm, less any shipping costs already paid. Expect to receive an additional invoice.

  3. OTHER ITEMS: Shipping is the greater of $35 or Actual Cost of USPS Priority mail with insurance and signature confirmation to your address WHERE LEGAL.

EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping to HAWAII, ALASKA expect to pay an additional charge and receive an additional invoice.
THE BIG APPLE

We do not ship to the 5 Boroughs of NYC. Law Enforcement exceptions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION WE NEED TO SHIP

PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

Please make sure to use the following checklist so we may process the shipment. Failure to provide all the necessary information will only delay your shipment. Please remember it is your (the Buyer) responsibility to ensure we receive a copy of your local dealer’s FFL. Diplomacy is the name-of-the-game. Some dealer’s just like to be difficult. If you have to go back and ask them more than once, be patient and give them a day or two. Constant badgering may not help your plight. If after numerous attempts let us know and we will attempt to reach out to them.
CHECKLIST REQUIRED FOR TRANSFER/SHIPPING

You may supply this information or have your local dealer forward it to us:

  1. DEALER INFO:

    • Signed & Dated Copy of your Dealer’s FFL.

    • Dealer’s Telephone Number.

    • Dealer’s E-Mail (FAX number if no e-mail).

    • Dealer’s Name of Person to Contact.

  2. YOUR INFO:

    • Your Name

    • Your Telephone Number

    • Your E-Mail

    • The Firearm You Purchased

    • One or All of the Following /Auction# /Invoice Number /Order Number.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

IN STOCK FIREARMS

All orders are shipped promptly within 3-5 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS ONCE RECEIVING payment & verified FFL information. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Per USPS guidelines in most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
SPECIAL ORDER FIREARMS

If the listed item was SPECIAL ORDER (i.e. Not In Stock) Expect the shipping to be the same as IN STOCK FIREARMS EXCEPT expect an additional 3-7 days for the item to arrive from our wholesaler. If you would like the item expedited (i.e. Shipped from out wholesaler immediately without delay, see the SPECIAL ORDER SECTION below.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local customers or Mississippi customers willing to travel to our location, (DeSoto County Mississippi) have the option for local pickup. Expect to fill out the NICS Form 4473 and complete the required background check. Memphis Tennessee customers have the option to transfer the firearm to a FFL located in Memphis for a fee of $10 (we will physical transport it to their dealership). Times are by appointment only.

SPECIAL ORDER FIREARMS

ITEMS LISTED AS “SPECIAL ORDER”

NOTE: The item was not In-Stock and must come to us first from our wholesaler. This saves us money, which saves you money.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTION

Some wholesales ship once per week to us for free. If time is NOT a factor, then this option is NOT for you. However; If you need the item shipped immediately (e.g. last minute gift) we can have the wholesaler ship the item the day after the order was placed and paid for. Once WE receive the item we will ship it to you Priority Mail the same day we receive it (unless it is delivered on SAT, then we will ship it MON) following the shipping guidelines listed above.
THIS FEE IS EXTRA

In addition to normal shipping charged at checkout. So again, this is for last minute items (you forgot the order the misses a pink handgun in time for her birthday). Contact us ASAP if you are interested in EXPEDITED SHIPPING for Special Order Items ONLY. Anticipate the additional cost between $25-$40. If you choose this option and it happens to be the day before the free shipping day from our wholesaler, we will let know and process the order immediately at no extra charge.

SAFETY NOTICE

USED FIREARMS

BUYER is solely responsible for determining that a USED gun is SAFE to shoot!
The firearms listed for sale have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection only for resale purposes. It is recommended that every used firearm be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise, misuse, or disregard. By purchasing this item, you (Buyer) agree to release us (Seller) from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item. You further agree to all the terms set forth in this listing and by the auction site.

FIREARM RETURNS

FIREARMS THAT HAVE BEEN FIRED WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AT ALL AND ARE YOURS TO KEEP!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

There Are No Refunds. The ONLY reason that we would accept a return is if we have grossly misrepresented the item or shipped out the incorrect item. All sales on any “USED & AS IS” products are final and are non-returnable.

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer.
Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired.

CONSEQUENTLY

We cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession (i.e. Completing and Signing Form 4473). Upon discovering a defect after the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.
DENIED/DELAYED NICS BACKGROUND CHECKS

If the firearm is not transferable to you (as in you did not get approved to take procession of the firearm), it is your responsibility to have your dealer dispose of the firearm. Which more than likely means shipping it back to us for a partial refund. OR You may sell the firearm. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! You may financially get a better deal by selling the firearms either yourself or on consignment locally, rather than a partial refund from us.

REFUNDS

IN GENERAL

There would only be one circumstance that would warrant a FULL Refund; That would be if we grossly misrepresented the item for sale; Therefore, we typically list items following the mantra “Less Is More” using the manufacture’s descriptions and specifications.

  • Please do not expect or plan on full refunds.

  • Please review the section on Layaway for terms specific to Layaways.

Otherwise, refunds typically would only be considered if you are “DENIED” or “CANCELLED” following the NICS background check.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION

DO NOT just mail something back to us. It will be refused. You must contact us to discuss the circumstances and reason your wish to return the item.

  • You must provide a copy of the NICS Form 4473 from your dealer showing you received a denial or cancellation (JPG photo e-mailed acceptable as along as it includes ALL Three (3) pages).

  • FALSE CLAIMS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE ATF.

  • We will e-mail you a return invoice. You MUST INCLUDE A COPY with the returned item.

PARTIAL REFUND DEDUCTIONS

Canceled auctions/orders will have the following fees DEDUCTED from the total purchase price.
Standard Deductions Are:

  1. Shipping Costs.

  2. 20% Restocking Fee.

  3. Any Other Applicable Fees.

The remaining balance will be refunded as a credit with the SAME payment type used when you purchased the item. Cash refunds will ONLY be issued if the purchase payment was in cash (Personal Cheque, Cashiers Cheque, Money Order).
RETURN SHIPPING

Is at your expense (unless it falls under the purview of “grossly misrepresented”).
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND paying for the additional insurance to cover the actual cost of the firearm AND require a signature on delivery.
Until we sign for receipt of the firearm, YOU STILL OWN IT and are responsible for the consequences if it is lost or damaged.
NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

Items not in the same condition as they were when we shipped them to you will be will be assessed for damage or change in their condition. This includes all accessories and items that accompanied the firearm. After assessing the condition, a damage fee will be withheld from the refund. Any fees accessed are non-negotiable.
NEW FIREARMS

Firearms that are no longer in new condition will automatically receive a 50% or more Restocking Fee depending on the missing items and overall condition. This includes their case, magazines, accessories, paperwork and any other item/items that were included with the firearm originally.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AGREEMENT

When you purchase a firearm from Ball Munitions And Arms, LLC, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You acknowledge that ALL firearms MUST ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL holder). You further agree to all fees and charges for all orders (for ANY reason), particularly for those cancelled because you do not want to ship to an FFL dealer. If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer or a NICS background check has been denied, or you have provided an incorrect shipping address/invalid shipping information, then the customer will be responsible for return freight charges or any additional charges to reship your product and restocking fee if the order is cancelled for any reason.  WE WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
All New Firearms come with a manufacturer’s warranty and we will assist you if needed.
PRIVACY

We respect our customer’s privacy. We do not share, sell or distribute our client list; Furthermore, we structure our site and store our customer information behind trusted security providers. Although security is not a 100% guarantee, we value privacy.
